THE LIES SHE TOLD
It’s really difficult to write about how good I found this book without giving anything away. I will say it’s one of the twistiest books I have ever had the pleasure to read and just when you think they have stopped, off they go again. The main character is deplorable, utterly bereft of any redeeming factors yet fascinating to read…as are all the characters. For me it was a tremendous read that
needs to be a TV series.
Wow! Devilishly well plotted, crisply written and immensley gripping. I tore through it and it kept me on my toes until the very end. I felt bereft, like when you finaly finish that boxset you cant live without.
Brilliant for fans of shari lepina, samantha hayes, frieda mcallen, cl taylor, b a paris. it took me a while to get out of my mind and I am currently reading it for the second time.
This style of thriller is soo addicting to me, I immediately found myself immersed amongst the characters even if I did found some of them insufferable, it just kept getting juicer and juicer and I had absolutely no idea how it was all going to come to the forefront. Every character was in the wrong in some way and they were all slightly over the top with a lot of things but gosh it made for one whopping storyline. I cannot recommend this enough!
One of the cleverest, manipulative & cunning books I have ever read. Blown away by every twist and turn, and utterly gobsmacked at the final hurdle. I've been left with a smarmy smirk on my face, and a hand covering the enthralled expression. The writing style is unique, and the twist in character narrative was applausable. You will be thrilled, sickened & shocked, and then forever grateful to have been on such a dangerous ride.
